Jayni and her family moved from Palm Beach County in 2020 during the pandemic and purchased a 10 acre horse farm here in historic Arcadia named “Blossom Groves Farm” . As a licensed Real Estate professional, with extraordinary experience, results and personal referrals within the residential, vacant land, multi-family and commercial real estate community, she has won numerous awards including the prestigious Black Diamond award with Coldwell Banker as one of the nation’s top selling agents as well as Arvida Realty Sales, President’s Circle award in Florida for real estate sales, multi-family lease-ups, and pre-construction sales.Jayni is also a licensed Interior Designer, has extensive experience in residential, commercial and hospitality interior design and home-staging services.
Originally from West Virginia, Jayni has resided in Florida for 34 years. She previously owned New Century Interior Design in Boca Raton, Florida and a boutique floral and event company in Rumson, New Jersey, Entertain with Jane. Jayni has completed design work for the HGTV Dream House Give-a-way in Merritt Island, “Fixer Upper”, DIY Network, The Food Network, Cuisinart, The Berkeley Hotel, Asbury Park, NJ, the Boca Raton Resort and Hotel and several known celebrities including Chef Anne Burrell, Chef David Burke and Chef Allen Fisher. She has managed multiple real estate developments, multi-family properties and a 55+ senior community as well as owning an ice cream store "Cream", a shopping center "New Century Commons" and an aparment community in Delray Beach, The Franklin Apartments.

Jayni enjoys real estate development, gardening, floral design, entertaining, horseback riding and beach time with her 20 year old daughter, Francesca and her husband, Michael Green.
